I’m Kate, a personal trainer, massage therapist and mum of three based in South Devon. I’m passionate about outdoor exercise, functional strength training and empowering people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels to feel their best in body and mind.
I have a particular interest in women’s health and the benefits of strength training. It can have a huge impact on overall health and wellbeing for women, particularly during times of extreme change; throughout pregnancy, postnatally and during peri menopause. My specialist training in postpartum recovery means I have the expertise to help you return to moderate or high intensity exercise after giving birth. I work with issues such as Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Diastasis Recti and Stress Urinary Incontinence (to name a few) so that you can get back to doing the things you love. Alongside personal training, I offer massage therapy to iron out any aches, pains, and niggles.
My approach is holistic, focussing on developing strength and cardiovascular fitness, as well as looking at the role that diet and lifestyle have on your overall health and wellbeing. Each person I work with is starting from a different place in terms of fitness level, lifestyle, and individual goals, and I put time, energy, and care into discovering what will work for you. My aim is to help you to accomplish your physical performance goals, and in doing so, feel strong, confident and at one with your body.
